Dubstack provides browser-based video and audio processing tools, including but not limited to:
- Video format conversion and compression
- Audio extraction and transcription
- Caption and subtitle generation
- Watermark and overlay tools
- Other media processing utilities
All processing occurs entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or process your files on our servers.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not upload or process content that violates copyright, privacy, or other rights
- Not use the Service to process illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Ensure you have the right to process any files you upload
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to files you process using our Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Our Service: The Service, including its design, code, and functionality, is owned by Dubstack and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Results will meet your specific requirements
- All features will work on all devices or browsers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dubstack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

- Errors or inaccuracies in processed content
7. Browser Compatibility
Our Service requires modern browsers with support for WebAssembly, WebGPU (for certain features), and other advanced web technologies. We are not responsible for compatibility issues with older or unsupported browsers.
8. File Size and Processing Limits
Processing large files may be limited by your device's memory and browser capabilities. We recommend processing files of reasonable size. We are not responsible for browser crashes or performance issues resulting from processing very large files.
9. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Process copyrighted content without authorization
- Create or distribute harmful, illegal, or offensive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
10. Third-Party Integrations
Our Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or security of third-party services.
